What We Do

Iceberg is a family-owned US-based manufacturer and distributor of office products. Founded in 2000, Iceberg works tirelessly to provide innovative solutions to the office products industry. Our product lines also include folding tables, conference tables, folding chairs, banquet chairs, table accessories, whiteboards, easels, storage units, and more. We are headquartered in Des Plaines, Illinois and operate a state of the art manufacturing facility in Sturgis, Michigan.


Meet Our Leadership Team

Howard Green – Founder & CEO

Howard is the Chief Executive Officer of Iceberg. He founded Iceberg in 2000 by acquiring a desk and storage cabinet product line from Newell/Rubbermaid. Since 2000, Iceberg has grown to $40M under Howard’s leadership. Prior to founding Iceberg in 2000, was Worldwide Group President of GBC’s $400M Office Products Group. Before that, over 11 years as Chief Executive Officer of Quartet Manufacturing Company, Howard was instrumental in helping Quartet grow from a $15M manufacturer to a $150M market leader. Howard started his career as a Wall Street lawyer before joining Quartet. Howard has been active in numerous not-for-profit organizations, previously serving as President of the Board at the Old Town School of Folk Music and is a founder of the STAR Program for childhood cancer survivors at the Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. Howard received an A.B. in Economics from Vassar College and a J.D. from Boston University (Magna Cum Laude, Law Review).


Doug Nash – President

Doug is the President of Iceberg. Doug oversees Iceberg’s strategic direction and leads the development of a highly successful team and culture to deliver exceptional value to customers and consumers. Doug is an office products industry veteran with decades of executive experience in start-ups, wholesalers and manufacturers. Doug was President and CEO of MobileGear.com and RoughandReadyFurniture.com, took on a variety of leadership roles at Essendant (formerly United Stationers) including leading the $1.6B Technology Category as VP & General Manager, and was a Senior VP Sales/Marketing at the end of his time with GBC. Doug received an M.B.A in Finance & Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in American Studies from Amherst College.
